I have sent multiple requests by email and fax to Google’s legal departments to take off an account on Orkut that pretends to be mine. They have not taken any action. Can anyone help?
google.com.gmail has directly deleted all my info (incl. hundreds of bookmarks) because i refused to make certain changes to my email address and info so it would fit in with their new social program “google+” and i am now filing suit.

I own a Home Inspection Franchise and various people have misrepresented themselves on Google as part of my Company. It is disturbing that anyone can post that they are employed by a Franchise and that there is no filter on your site for illegal postings.
Google and their other branches make up their own rules. They won’t enforce their own Term of Service in regards libel blogs posting personal info, or Gmail accounts used to forge people’s identity. They even ignored proper copyright infringement notices with the attitude, oh well sue us in California.
