Step 2
Unmasking Anonymous Offenders
If you are receiving anonymous email messages, texts, social media messages, or any other electronic communication designed to hide the sender, please describe the situation here. Even when offenders use VPNs, Proton Mail, or other privacy services, we often have methods and tools that can cut through the obfuscation and reveal the real person behind the activity.
In this form, please include the unique identifiers connected to the antagonist, such as email addresses, phone numbers, social media profile links, usernames, or URLs. This helps us evaluate the case during the initial assessment. If we take the case, we will ask for screenshots, message samples, headers, and other evidence later in our follow up communications.
If you have any suspects in mind, you do not need to name them here, but give us a high level description of your concerns and why you believe they may be involved. This context helps us understand possible motives and guide the investigation in the right direction.
Submit as much clear information as you can. We will review it and follow up with next steps.
