Rexxfield provides time-sensitive, expert-level investigative services across a wide range of cybercrime cases, including but not limited to cryptocurrency theft, online fraud, extortion, harassment, stalking, identity theft, hacking, and business email compromise.
Due to the nature of our work – which often begins immediately upon engagement and involves the allocation of significant human and technical resources, we maintain a clear and strict refund and cancellation policy as follows:
No Refunds Once Work Has Begun
By engaging Rexxfield, you acknowledge and agree that:
-
All payments are non-refundable once Rexxfield has initiated work on your case. This includes any investigative planning, research, evidence collection, communication with authorities, or contact with third parties.
-
Work may begin immediately upon receipt of either payment or a signed agreement, whichever occurs first.
-
The services provided are based on professional time, tools, and expertise—not on the guarantee of any specific outcome such as prosecution, recovery, or identification of suspects.
-
You confirm that you have conducted your own due diligence regarding the services we offer, and that you are entering this engagement with a clear understanding that there are no guarantees of success due to the complexity and unpredictability of cybercrime investigations.
Exception – Prior to Commencement of Services
A refund may be considered only if Rexxfield confirms in writing that no investigative work has been initiated at the time of your cancellation request. Due to the urgency of most cases, such scenarios are rare.
No Chargebacks or Disputes
By retaining Rexxfield, you agree:
-
Not to dispute or reverse payments via your bank, credit card issuer, wallet provider, or payment processor once work has begun.
-
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal will constitute a material breach of contract, and Rexxfield reserves the right to pursue legal enforcement of any unpaid fees and recovery of associated damages or legal expenses.

If you wish to cancel your service before work has begun, contact us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line:

We will review your request and respond in writing once a determination is made.
