How our Cyber Investigators Can Bring you Relief
At our firm, our cyber investigators understand the impact that cybercrime can have on your reputation, your personal life and the life of your loved ones. After being in the industry for years, our cyber investigators understand how online harassment cause anxiety, depression, and isolation to victims. Unfortunately, we hear on a daily basis from people reaching out, how vulnerable and helpless they feel. The constant barrage of abusive messages, threats, and personal attacks can cause a great deal of distress and take a toll on their mental and emotional health. Furthermore, the anonymity provided by the internet makes it difficult for victims to identify their harassers and seek legal action, leaving them feeling powerless and without recourse.
That is why we are dedicated to providing timely and effective investigations that get results. We work tirelessly to uncover the truth and bring cybercriminals to justice by identifying the cyber criminals to bring them to justice.
Our team of highly trained cyber investigators is dedicated to identifying anonymous perpetrators and ending cybercrimes that threaten your reputation, and livelihood.

Our Cyber Investigators Identify anonymous perpetrators
With our state-of-the-art techniques, we have achieved a success rate of 80% to 90% in identifying the IP addresses of anonymous internet users. Our investigations often yield extensive evidence, which helps in the positive identification of individuals involved in unlawful or harassing internet activities.
We understand the torment that comes with being the target of anonymous criminal and civil wrongdoings via the internet. Our cyber investigators have the knowledge and expertise to identify IP addresses behind email addresses, phone numbers, social media profiles, and more, and collect other user data to identify those who harass you or interfere with your business. All our methods are legal, admissible in court, and highly convincing.
Once identified, many perpetrators delete the offending material due to fear of criminal or civil court action. If the harassment persists, we can provide evidence that can help you seek injunctive relief through litigation or criminal charges. Remember, knowledge is power, and we are here to provide the tools you need to take control of your online safety and security.
Rule in, or rule out suspects
The concept of “rule in/rule out” only applies when there is a suspect in question. For example, if we identify an IP address for the anonymous perpetrator and it matches the suspected person’s IP address, then we have “ruled in” the identity of the offender. However, if the message is sent from a different device or IP address, the suspect can be “ruled out,” meaning that the perpetrator is someone other than the suspected person.
Subpoena ISP
The rise of anonymous online platforms has led to an increase in malicious attacks such as character defamation. This has left victims emotionally and financially drained due to the enduring nature of the postings, their instant availability through search engines, and the viral nature of their republication. While the protection of anonymous speech is important, there are compelling First Amendment interests at stake when an anonymous blogger’s anonymity is threatened by a subpoena.
To balance the need to protect free speech with the need to seek justice for victims, the plaintiff must establish a significant likelihood of success on the merits of their defamation claim, demonstrate that the balance of hardship tips in their favor, and show that the subpoena is the least intrusive alternative available. These factors ensure that a plaintiff cannot compel an ISP to disclose confidential identifying information when it is neither necessary nor fair to a defendant who has not committed any criminal or civil wrongdoing.
Case studies
Online harassment and malicious smear campaigns take many forms, including defamation, cyberbullying, hate speech, doxxing, and cyber stalking. It can be directed at individuals or groups and can have severe and long-lasting effects on mental health, well-being, and personal relationships.
