Submitting a quote request
To request a quote you should complete our free case intake form . Be prepared to provide us with as much detail as possible including:
- Links to offensive materials
- Search keywords that return the problem results
- Describe the proof you have that the material is:
- deceptive (false light)
- false (libel)
- an invasion of privacy (not normally publicly available)
Free telephone consultation.
Please do not call us until after you have completed the case intake form. Upon receipt of the initial request for assistance, one of our analysts may follow up by telephone to clarify a few points if necessary. There is no charge for this consultation.
Formal Quote
Obligation Free. In most cases your needs will be urgent; as such the entire quotation process can be as fast as several minutes but usually within a few hours depending on the complexity. Once our team has analyzed your needs we will provide a comprehensive scope of services to be performed and a fixed fee for those services. We will also list the hourly rate for additional services that may be needed for any contingencies that were not apparent during the initial analysis.
